Initially made a phone call And they told me a little bit about the car and we arranged for me to come down the next day to view. When I arrived I was greeted and I was given the keys to have a look at the vehicle , I was impressed with the quality of the car and took it for a test drive on my own! When I returned there was no sales pressure from the garage which was refreshing. They just asked me what I thought of it and then told me about the cars history! There was some minor issues with the car which they said they would fix if I wanted it, we agreed a price and I put a deposit down! A week later I returned to pick the car up and all the minor adjustments I had asked for were done to a high standard! Overall there was no pressure to buy the car and I was left alone to look round it and take it for a drive! A great experience overall and you get 6 months warranty! The car was a great price for its condition and mileage.

Originally dealt with Joe over the phone who very kindly checked something I queried inside a car for me, and he was extremely helpful and described exactly what I needed. Then dealt with John who was extremely nice too and kindly agreed to hold the car until I was able to try it. Rarely have I had such a pleasant experience at any garage and felt I had to write this review for future customers, even though I didn't buy the car. Absolutely no pressure throughout and I would definitely buy from them in the future.

Recently purchased a lovely MGF, spoke to John who gave me an honest description of the car, travelled nearly 100 miles to view the MGF, the car was exactly as described, beautiful condition for a 28 year old car. No pressure selling just good honest company. Excellent customer service, only garage that offered me a coffee.....out of 10 garages I had visited. Driven car for about 450 miles, drives lovely. Would highly recommend John and his team, thanks again, brilliant garage.

First time buying from John and the Team and so glad I found them.Bought a BMW from them and have to say the car is great, just as described and the price was good too! No pushy sales, just a genuine friendly service and John wanting to make sure I was happy with the car and the deal… which I was!Definitely the best car buying experience I have had so would 100% recommend these guys.

As I said to Google mapsI bought a motorhome from John and his team and had a fantastic day, the service was second to none! Great garage and great atmosphere. John was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. I went to have a look at a Golf and was left to have a look over it for as long as I needed. Bought it same day and the whole process went smoothly. Have had the car for a month now and it’s been a joy to drive.

Fantastic service from start to finish. John kept the car on hold for me until I was able to come view it, was very honest about the car on the phone, and when I arrived it was as-advertised (Not always the case with some dealers)Some negotiating later and we had a deal. I came away thinking both parties were happy. John's honestly is really refreshing, so I would come back when the time comes to change cars again.Cheers.
